Welcome to Hectare to Cent Converter (“we”, “us”, “our”), available at hectaretocent.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1) What this Service is

We provide a fast land-area conversion calculator that converts hectares ↔ cents and also shows acres. Results update in real time as you type, without requiring “Calculate” buttons, and you can adjust displayed precision using the Decimals control.

The Service is provided for general informational and convenience purposes only. It is not surveying, legal, title, property, or financial advice. If you need official values for agreements, registration, or disputes, confirm measurement with a qualified surveyor or local authority.

2) How the conversion works

The calculator uses standard relationships such as 1 acre = 100 cents and 1 hectare ≈ 2.47105381 acres. Combining them gives 1 hectare ≈ 247.105381 cents. Depending on your selected decimals, displayed values may be rounded.

3) Your responsibilities

• Use the Service lawfully and responsibly.
• Double-check results before using them in property discussions or documents (rounding and local conventions can differ).
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• If you use “Share result”, make sure you’re sharing the correct units and decimal precision.

4) Intellectual property

The Service’s design, text, calculator logic, and code are protected by copyright and other laws. You may link to the Service, and you may quote small excerpts with attribution, but you may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions without permission, except as allowed by law.

5) No warranties

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue and jurisdiction will be in courts located in Pakistan, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
